We are living in difficult times, perhaps the most difficult time in the history of humanity. In the U.S. and around the world, we are experiencing suffering associated with shootings, wars, pandemics, wildfires, earthquakes, and other natural and man-made phenomena that contributes to human extinction. All these problems are causing great distress, trauma, anxiety, dysfunction, depression, and suicidal ideation, as well as other mental disorders.
For more than seven years, I have been working with children, adolescents, and adults who are seeking to live a more satisfying and healthier life. I may not have all the answers, but we can work together in exploring and identifying the root of your issues and finding the appropriate interventions, strategies, and techniques that you can learn and implement to improve your mental well-being.
